Baseer Ali joins Aaina Mehta on the Pinkvilla Podcast for an honest conversation about his journey from Hyderabad to becoming one of the most recognisable faces in Indian reality television. During the interview, Baseer opens up about how Roadies happened completely unexpectedly after his number was forwarded without his knowledge, revealing why he initially thought the MTV call was a prank and sharing what went through his mind when he saw contestants like Priyank Sharma, Varun Verma, and Shweta Mehta during the selection process.

The conversation also covers his Splitsvilla journey, his early reality television days before the social media boom, and the noticeable differences between contestants then and now. Baseer reflects on his thoughts regarding money and fame, his Bigg Boss experience, and his return to Roadies as a Gang Leader. Furthermore, he discusses proving people in Hyderabad wrong, his unshakeable confidence, personal growth, and why some opportunities are about much more than money.
