How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook or another supported social login with CineFlix Media and would like your associated data deleted, you can submit a deletion request by contacting us.

In your request, include the email address associated with your CineFlix Media account so we can identify the relevant account and process your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information associated with your account, subject to any information that we are legally required to retain.

This may include:

• Account/profile information
• Social-login identifiers associated with the account
• Other personal information stored in connection with your CineFlix Media account

Processing Time

Valid deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is required to verify or complete the request.
