Actor Vishal Thakkar Vanished 10 Years Ago

The entertainment industry puts the spotlight on an actor's life, but rare cases exist where individuals simply disappear. Vishal Thakkar, best known for his roles in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC), Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., and Chandini Bar, vanished without a trace on January 1, 2026. More than a decade later, the mystery remains unsolved with no confirmed sightings, financial activity, or hints about his whereabouts over the years.

What happened on the night Vishal Thakkar disappeared?

The final hours before Vishal Thakkar vanished remain an unsolved puzzle for investigators. On the night of December 31, 2015, he asked his mother, Durga Thakkar, to join him to watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens at a nearby mall. She refused due to fatigue, so he borrowed Rs. 500 from her and left to watch the film alone.
