Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3 Releases Worldwide With Differences From Mohanlal's Malayalam Version
Drishyam 3: The Conclusion was released in theatres on October 2, 2026, starring Ajay Devgn. Unlike the first two Hindi films, the third installment takes a different route from Mohanlal's Malayalam version.
Drishyam 3: The Conclusion officially hit theatres on October 2, 2026. The film stars Ajay Devgn in the titular role, along with Shriya Saran, Tabu Ishita Dutta, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, and Jaideep Ahlawat, and opened close to the Rs. 100 crore mark.
The Drishyam franchise began in 2013 with Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph's Malayalam thriller, which was later remade in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. The first two Hindi films starring Ajay Devgn were remakes of Mohanlal's films, but the latest installment is completely different. At the trailer launch, Ajay Devgn stated that Drishyam 3 did not follow the path of Mohanlal's Malayalam version and instead took a different route.
