Amanda Seyfried discussed her experience filming a nude scene while she was pregnant for the 2025 film The Testament of Ann Lee. Speaking on The Scott Mills Breakfast Show, the actress explained that the film required a graphic, bare-body scene to maintain authenticity. Although explicit scenes push her out of her comfort zone, she felt empowered after completing it.
During a panel hosted by Alec Baldwin at the Hamptons International Film Festival, Seyfried also shared that she is no longer comfortable filming intimate scenes with co-stars whom she considers strangers, noting that she recently turned down a television project for this reason.
