Singer Anup Jalota has called on Salman Khan to apologize to the Bishnoi community to help end ongoing hostility, following a firing incident involving Tiger Shroff in Mumbai.

Anup Jalota Calls for Salman Khan Apology

Singer Anup Jalota has urged Salman Khan to apologize to the Bishnoi community regarding the blackbuck poaching controversy. Jalota stated that an apology could help address ongoing hostility and prevent further hurt to the community, Salman Khan, and those who work with him.

Jalota's remarks follow a firing incident involving actor Tiger Shroff in Mumbai’s Juhu area on October 18, 2026. According to the details shared, Tiger Shroff was leaving a football ground in his car when unidentified men on a motorcycle fired multiple rounds at the vehicle.

Details of the Mumbai Firing Incident

Tiger Shroff escaped without gunshot wounds, though reports indicated he suffered minor injuries from gunpowder and glass shards. His driver and a bystander were also reported injured. By October 19, three suspects from Haryana and Bihar were reportedly detained or arrested in Kota, Rajasthan, while traveling by train.

The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation. Reports noted that while social media claims attempted to link the incident to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, the police have not verified this connection, and no confirmed link between the shooting and the blackbuck poaching controversy has been established.
