Anupam Kher Climbs 35-Foot Rock Wall in North Carolina at 71

At 71, actor Anupam Kher challenged himself by taking on a 35-foot indoor rock climbing wall in Raleigh, North Carolina. Kher shared a video and details of the experience on social media, noting that he initially questioned whether he could complete the climb.

Kher encountered the climbing wall while visiting a mall in Raleigh and decided to try it after being encouraged by Herman. Reflecting on his childhood in Shimla, the actor decided to give it a shot despite his initial doubts. Although secured with a safety harness, Kher noted that the climb required him to rely entirely on his own bare hands and feet for every move.

After reaching the top, Kher described feeling a wonderful sense of achievement. He thanked Herman and his instructor, Scott, noting that the experience left him with greater faith in his own capabilities.

Following his social media post, actor Parineeti Chopra reacted to the video, writing, "Loved this sir."

Kher is currently travelling across North America with the Hindi musical play Jaane Pehchaane Anjaane, alongside Swaroop Sampat. The production recently marked its 25th show in Toronto during the ongoing tour, and Kher was also honored in Toronto with a Certificate of Recognition.
