Aparshakti Khurana Wraps Up Shooting for Gunmaaster G9

Aparshakti Khurana has completed shooting for Gunmaaster G9, an upcoming action entertainer directed by Aditya Datt. The actor plays an antagonist opposite Emraan Hashmi and announced the news on social media by sharing a picture from the set.

Sharing the update, Aparshakti wrote, “It’s done bro✨ final day of shoot over! Weekend for the poster shoot! We coming guyssss❤️.” He tagged co-stars Emraan Hashmi and Genelia Deshmukh, as well as composer Himesh Reshammiya. Following the wrap, the team is set to gather for a poster shoot over the weekend.

In Gunmaaster G9, Aparshakti takes on a darker role with shades of grey and an emotional backstory, shifting away from the lighter characters he is known for playing in projects such as Dangal, Stree, Luka Chuppi, Jubilee, and Berlin. His look for the film features unkempt curls and a nose ring. Director Aditya Datt considered Aparshakti for the role after watching his performance in Jubilee.

The film reunites Emraan Hashmi with director Aditya Datt, who previously worked together on Aashiq Banaya Aapne. The project also stars Genelia Deshmukh and combines action, romance, drama, and music, with a soundtrack composed by Himesh Reshammiya. Gunmaaster G9 is scheduled to release in cinemas on November 27, 2026.
