Ben Affleck Discusses Co-Parenting
Ben Affleck recently opened up in an interview about co-parenting his three children—20-year-old Violet, 17-year-old Seraphina, and 14-year-old Samuel—with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. The former couple finalized their divorce in 2018.
Praising Jennifer Garner as a Mother
During his appearance on Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist, Affleck praised Garner for being a spectacular mother to their children. Affleck shared that he feels he performs about 75 percent as well as Garner in co-parenting, though his kids estimate his effort even lower. Affleck also recently directed and starred in the film Animals, which premiered on Netflix on October 9, 2026.
