Charli XCX, whose real name is Charlotte Aitchison, wore a custom Saint Laurent outfit on the red carpet for the 2026 VMAs. According to her stylist, Chris Horan, the bold two-piece dress was loosely based on a design from Saint Laurent's fall 2017 ready-to-wear collection. The outfit featured a long-sleeved cropped top with sheer detailing around the bust, exaggerated cuffs, and flowing fabric ribbons, paired with a low-rise pencil maxi skirt. She accessorized with diamond rings by Fope, and the look was created by the French luxury fashion house's creative director, Anthony Vaccarello.
