Diamond Brown is calling out the singer as she seeks an increase in child support to USD 30K. According to a court document obtained by TMZ, Diamond claims that their 4-year-old daughter Lovely spends 90 percent of her time with her.

While Diamond acknowledges that Chris Brown's work keeps him away, she alleges he has not asked to see Lovely in the last six to seven months. Diamond also addressed a request by Chris to take the four-year-old on tour with him on alternating weekends, stating she found it inappropriate for a child of Lovely's age. She expressed concern that the child would be left with a nanny while Chris was busy working.
