Denise Richards' Before-and-After Photos Resurface Following Remarks by Ex-Husband Aaron Phypers

Denise Richards' Before-and-After Plastic Surgery Pictures Resurface

In March 2026, Denise Richards confirmed that she had undergone comprehensive facial plastic surgery in June 2025. Later in October 2026, the actress revealed why she decided to go public about her procedures, explaining that a comment from her ex-husband, Aaron Phypers, pushed her to be transparent.

Denise shared that Aaron Phypers called her facelift a 'botched' procedure. Hearing him speak like that to someone gave her the push she needed to be open about her journey. Following this revelation, her before-and-after pictures have gone viral once again.

Denise previously confirmed the procedures by sharing results on social media. Reports indicate her procedures included an extended deep plane facelift, deep structural neck lift, temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, lip lift, corner lip lift, and facial fat grafting.
