Drishyam Actor Samvedna Suwalka Recalls Hrithik Roshan’s Dedication During ‘Sher Khul Gaye’ in Fighter

Actor Samvedna Suwalka, known for her role as lawyer Gayathri Mohan in the Drishyam franchise, recently discussed her experience working on Siddharth Anand’s Fighter.

In Fighter, Samvedna played Bela, the wife of Squadron Leader Rajan Unnithan (played by Mahesh Shetty), and participated in the high-energy dance number 'Sher Khul Gaye' alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. Reflecting on dancing with Hrithik, whom she has been a fan of since her school days, she praised his dedication. “Hrithik would not stop till he got the step right. He would take multiple takes,” she recalled, noting his drive to make his performance better.

Samvedna also recalled the film's Kashmir schedule, where she observed Hrithik maintaining strong focus on getting his lines right. She noted the reach of mainstream commercial cinema, sharing that her work in large-scale films like Drishyam 2 and Fighter brought her widespread recognition, including from former medical colleagues living in the United States.
