What happens in Drishyam: The Conclusion?
The film begins with 'Meera Deshmukh' attempting to take her own life because she cannot accept that her son, 'Sam', is dead while 'Vijay' remains free. In Drishyam 1, 'Vijay's' elder daughter, 'Anju', accidentally kills 'Sam', and 'Vijay' creates a planned alibi while hiding 'Sam's' body beneath a police station under construction.
In Drishyam 2, 'Vijay' manages to switch the remains before a DNA test. In the final instalment, a mentally disturbed 'Meera' seeks revenge and still believes 'Vijay' is responsible for her son's death, though she lacks the evidence to prove him guilty. 'Meera's' husband, 'Mahesh', saves her when she attempts to take her life and promises to get justice for 'Sam'.
