Ek Khoon Sau Baatein: Story, Writer, Director, and Production Details

An overview of Ek Khoon Sau Baatein, a production blending noir and thriller elements, set against the background of old Bombay, featuring details on the plot, writer Ravi, director Rajeev Ranjan, and the Theatre Arts Discipline.

Ek Khoon Sau Baatein is set against the background of old Bombay, brimming with Indian film noir and drama. The story follows a protagonist named Deva, who witnesses the death of a renowned public figure, Mamu. Mamu’s death is blamed on Aapa, another Donna in Bombay, triggering riots across the city—especially in Dharavi, where a famous builder named Basant is plotting development projects. Deva finds himself caught in the middle due to his ties with Mamu's gang and his status as Aapa's adopted son. Anamika enters the story with her own surprises, eventually getting on board with Basant's plans to develop the Dharavi slums before discovering the dark side of the real estate business. Deva seeks to uncover Mamu's true murderer while working to save Anamika's life.

As the plot unfolds, Basant kidnaps Anamika and Deva, and characters like Rehman and Potya enter the picture. Interrogations reveal that Basant had a contract with Mamu and had him killed to keep money intended for Mamu and to cause riots across Dharavi. Eventually, Aapa, Mamu’s wife, and Rajmani arrive to defeat Basant and his minions. Anamika reveals she is a secret agent using Basant to reach a bigger underworld don named Talwani. In the end, Anamika, Deva, Aapa, Rajmani, and others make it out safely.
