Esha Deol Introduced as Poonam in Character Poster for Action Drama PRATAP

Esha Deol is set to return to the big screen with PRATAP, an upcoming action drama presented by Pradeep Rangwani and UV Films. The makers have unveiled her character poster, introducing her as Poonam, a woman whose story revolves around resilience, self-discovery and finding strength while facing unexpected challenges.

Family has always been central to Poonam’s life, and her world is built around the person she trusts the most. However, when the reality she has believed in begins to fall apart, she is forced to confront circumstances that challenge her understanding of life. As she navigates these changes, Poonam must find her own way forward and discover a strength she may not have realised she possessed. While the makers have kept details of her character arc under wraps, the poster hints at an emotional journey that pushes her beyond the role she has always known.

The character poster comes after the makers unveiled a motion poster featuring Amit Sadh, who plays a decorated encounter specialist caught on the other side of the law. With themes of power, justice and the consequences of individual choices, PRATAP brings together personal conflicts and high-stakes drama. Poonam’s storyline is expected to add an emotional dimension to the film’s narrative.

Written and directed by Sachin Saraf, the film also features Tigmanshu Dhulia, Seema Biswas and Milind Gunaji in key roles. The trailer of PRATAP is scheduled to be unveiled on October 26, 2026.

Additionally, Sunny Deol and Esha Deol are set for a box-office clash as Suryaa and Pratap release on November 20.
