Farah Khan Shares Throwback Photos Featuring Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta and Manisha Koirala

Farah Khan shared a series of throwback behind-the-scenes photographs on social media, taking followers through her Bollywood journey and challenging fans to identify the films in an interactive quiz.

Posting a carousel on Instagram with the caption asking fans to guess the films using the photos as clues, the images featured several familiar faces from Hindi cinema. One photograph showed Rani Mukerji and Preity Zinta behind the scenes during the 2000 romantic musical Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega, where Farah choreographed songs including ‘Piya Piya’.

Another throwback featured Farah in conversation with Manisha Koirala on the sets of Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 1994 period romance 1942: A Love Story, an important phase in Farah's early career as a choreographer.

The photo dump also included pictures from Farah's career as a filmmaker. One image featured choreographer Geeta Kapur during the making of ‘Gori Gori’ from Main Hoon Na, Farah's 2004 directorial debut starring Shah Rukh Khan. Another photograph showed Farah with her team in Darjeeling during the making of the same film, which used the location for its St. Paul’s School portions.

Additionally, a throwback from the sets of Farah's 2007 directorial Om Shanti Om, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, was included in the collection.

Fans and industry colleagues joined the quiz in the comments, attempting to identify the films and songs while reminiscing about the era associated with Farah's work as both a choreographer and filmmaker.
