Terence Lewis on His Film Debut

Speaking about his involvement, Terence Lewis shared that he was drawn to the project because of its subject and the questions it raises about society. The film uses the symbolism of Mahishasur to explore contemporary societal evils as well as internal issues people often ignore.

“Making my film debut with Aaj Ka Mahishasur is a very special experience for me. What drew me to this film is its intriguing and thought-provoking story. It goes beyond what we traditionally associate with Mahishasur and explores the harsh realities of the society we live in today,” Lewis stated.

About the Devotional Song 'Jagdambe Rani'

The song 'Jagdambe Rani' connects with the religious significance of Navratri, which celebrates Goddess Durga's victory over Mahishasur and the triumph of good over evil. The track was composed by Amol and Abhishek, with lyrics by Abhishek Talented. Vocals are provided by Dev Negi, Divya Kumar, Amol Shrivastava, and Abhishek Talented.

Through the film, the makers aim to link mythological symbolism with modern societal issues, encouraging viewers to reflect on wrongdoing in the world and within themselves.
