Meethe Mein Kya Hai First Poster Unveiled

The first poster of Meethe Mein Kya Hai, the directorial debut of Radhika Bansal, has been unveiled ahead of the film’s Netflix premiere on October 30. The movie stars Ritwik Bhowmik, Rohini Hattangadi, Ayesha Raza Mishra, Abhay Kaul, Tarana Raja, Gaurav K. Sharma, Vikram Bakshi, and others. The story centers on family relationships and togetherness during four days of Diwali celebrations. Presented by Utthan Capital and produced by Ajit Mohan, the film is positioned as a light-hearted family drama for the festive season.

The poster features an entire household in a single frame, showcasing a family gathering during Diwali. Combining humor with everyday situations, the film explores family dynamics, changing relationships, and moments that draw people closer.

Director's Journey and Production

For Radhika Bansal, the project marks an unconventional entry into filmmaking. She began writing as a way to maintain a journal, eventually fictionalizing personal experiences into a screenplay. Although her first legal drama did not receive a green light, it encouraged her to continue developing stories.

Bansal wrote Meethe Mein Kya Hai in under three months and decided to direct the project with no prior film set experience. Setting a one-year deadline, she completed the film in eleven months.
