Gauahar Khan Criticizes Aasif Khan Over Moustache and Masculinity Remarks on Bigg Boss

Gauahar Khan has reacted to a recent moment involving Aasif Khan, questioning the actor’s comments about moustaches and masculinity. The Bigg Boss 7 winner stated she found Aasif’s remarks and his behaviour disappointing, while acknowledging his work as an actor.

The discussion occurred during a captaincy task where contestants placed rejected stamps on housemates. Gullu placed a rejected stamp on Yung DSA's face and took issue with Yung styling the moustaches of group members in the same manner.

Defending Yung during the discussion, Aasif Khan explained the significance of the moustache, stating, “Hum naa Rajasthan se aate hain, yeh mooch humari pehchaan hai, aur muchmundo ko mardon mein consider nahi karte hum. Isliye daadi aisi hai.”

Gauahar Khan took to Instagram to share a note addressing the incident. She questioned linking a man’s identity or masculinity to his appearance and expressed disappointment in Aasif's behaviour and remarks on the show. Gauahar also wrote about Islamic tradition regarding moustaches and stated that a man's true markers are his high thinking and behaviour.

Meanwhile, tensions continue in the house, with Yung DSA and Isha Rikhi nominated for eviction this week. In a separate development, Kushal Tanwar, also known as Gullu, confirmed he was previously married and got divorced in 2024.
