Halle Berry Denies Harming Son and Alleges She Is a Victim of Domestic Violence

Halle Berry is responding to allegations made by her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, after he claimed she harmed their 13-year-old son. Berry denies laying a hand on the child and has filed a response to Martinez's petition to change their custody agreement from joint legal and physical custody to temporary sole custody.

According to TMZ, Berry has filed a voluminous response stating she is a domestic violence victim and advocate rather than a perpetrator. Berry stated she would never hurt their child and claimed she is a victim of domestic violence herself, mentioning that the abuse came from an ex. Berry was previously married to Eric Benet and David Justice, in addition to Martinez. Martinez has also accused Berry of making racially charged comments to Maceo.
