Imran Khan to Move Bombay High Court Following Departure Notice, Lawyer Says
Actor Imran Khan's lawyer states the actor will move the Bombay High Court after receiving a notice to leave the country, adding that rules do not bar Overseas Citizen of India cardholders from joining protests.
Actor Imran Khan plans to approach the Bombay High Court following a notice instructing him to leave the country, according to the actor's lawyer.
The lawyer stated that current rules do not prohibit Overseas Citizen of India cardholders from taking part in protests.
