Ishita Dutta Discusses Difficult Rain Sequence in Drishyam The Conclusion

Ishita Dutta recently discussed filming a physically demanding sequence for Drishyam The Conclusion during an appearance on the Zahrajani daily podcast. The actress recalled a rain sequence that required her and Shreya to drag a body across a muddy field and dump it into a pit.

According to Dutta, the team added weight to the bag to make the pull realistic. She described the scene as tough due to the rain, mud, and real physical effort required to pull the heavy bag across the field.

The sequence was not filmed in a single day. To prevent the actresses from falling sick or overexerting themselves in the difficult conditions, the shoot was spread across four to five days, with the crew working for two hours each day from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Dutta also noted elsewhere that she missed the trailer launch for Drishyam The Conclusion due to work commitments, expressing both excitement and sadness about missing the event.
