KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak, has officially pleaded not guilty to all seven felony charges in his sexual battery and sodomy case.
Kim Zolciak's 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, has officially pleaded not guilty to all seven felony charges in his sexual battery and sodomy case. The charges include aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.
Previously, KJ Biermann was arrested on charges of sodomy and sexual battery following accusations of assaulting a girl in a gym changing area. He stayed behind bars for nearly one month before being released on a USD 200,000 bond.
