Kriti Sanon Expresses Desire to Play a Female Superhero and Explore Gray Characters

Kriti Sanon Eyes Superhero and Gray Roles

Kriti Sanon has expressed interest in exploring a female superhero character as part of the next phase of her acting career. The actress stated she would like to headline a female superhero story and incorporate action into her roles, noting that existing Indian superheroes like Krrish and Shaktimaan are men.

In addition to the superhero genre, Sanon shared her desire to take on morally complex and darker roles. She noted that playing a gray character provides an actor with the opportunity to explore a psyche completely different from themselves.

Sanon's career features a varied filmography, including her National Award-winning performance in Mimi, along with projects such as Do Patti, Tere Ishk Mein, and her portrayal of Ally in Cocktail 2. Her recent comments indicate a growing interest in action-oriented and layered characters moving forward.
