Lamhon Ki Mulaqat: A Presentation of Kishan Chander’s Stories Directed by Late Mushtaq Kak
Lamhon Ki Mulaqat features stories by Kishan Chander and serves as the final directorial work of the late Mushtaq Kak.
Two of Kishan Chander’s stories—“Poore Chand Ki Raat” and “Shahzada”—are featured in an emotional presentation titled Lamhon Ki Mulaqat. The production explores the delicate moments of lovers filled with anticipation, longing, incompleteness, and regret, highlighting the truths of love, time, and human emotion.
Lamhon Ki Mulaqat marks the final play directed by the late Mushtaq Kak, who passed away in November 2023. Kak was a Sangeet Natak Akademi Award recipient who directed over 100 plays, served as Director of the Amateur Theatre Group and Artistic Director of the Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, and received numerous accolades including the Mahindra and Mahindra Award for Excellence in Theatre.
