Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram is a theatrical production presented by the Urvashi Dance Art Music and Cultural Society, offering an immersive exploration of the Ramayana under the direction of Dr. Rekha Mehra.
Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram offers a comprehensive and immersive exploration of the Ramayana through expressive choreography, evocative music, and powerful storytelling. The production portrays the life, virtues, and teachings of Lord Ram while highlighting timeless values of righteousness, compassion, courage, and devotion.
Directed by Dr. Rekha Mehra, Founder Director of the Urvashi Dance Art Music and Cultural Society, the production seeks to bridge cultures and transcend linguistic and regional boundaries. The Urvashi Dance Music Art & Cultural Society has operated for over 30 years, promoting Indian classical dance and music while utilizing art as a tool for social welfare.
Through a blend of traditional dance forms and modern technology, the production aims to inspire and educate audiences by instilling moral values and fostering international dialogue and artistic collaboration.
