Megan Fox has been gaining attention for her appearance after a Letterboxd video shot 11 months ago prompted social media users to question whether she had undergone another surgery. Megan has not commented on the matter, but she recently spoke with PEOPLE about her experiences after welcoming her fourth child.

Megan shared that for the first time, she did not have to step out to work soon after having her fourth baby, Saga, allowing her postpartum experience to be very different and enabling her to be with her daughter the way she wanted. Megan welcomed Saga in March 2025. Prior to the birth, it was revealed that Megan and the child's father, Machine Gun Kelly, would co-parent.
