After previously apologizing to her mother, Milania shared an emotional video on Instagram to speak about what she has been going through since entering treatment. According to her manager and longtime friend, Maria DeSantis, Milania was reportedly experiencing suicidal thoughts during her breakdown at the Tampa International Airport on September 23, 2026, and is currently under the care of professionals working with her and her family.

In her Instagram video, Milania explained that she initially wanted to wait until she looked good before recording, but changed her mind because she is an authentic person. She apologized to her followers for not using her platform the way she intends to.
