Palash Sen States Salman Khan Was “Part of the Problem” Regarding Paid PR
Singer and actor Palash Sen has responded to Salman Khan's recent comments on paid negative PR, stating that Salman was brave to speak out but was also part of the problem.
Singer, songwriter, and actor Palash Sen has responded to Salman Khan’s recent comments on trolling and alleged paid negative PR campaigns within the Hindi film industry. While acknowledging that Salman was very brave to address the issue, Palash alleged that Salman had himself been part of the culture he criticized.
During an episode of Bigg Boss 20, Salman discussed online targeting of actors when films underperform and addressed allegations that certain industry members use paid negative campaigns against colleagues. Salman also defended Katrina Kaif against social media comments regarding her weight.
In an interview with Screen, Palash questioned Salman's position, alleging that paid PR practices have existed in the industry for years. Palash stated that problems originate from the top of the hierarchy and claimed that individuals who have maintained their positions in the film industry for many years have played with PR professionals.
Palash further questioned the setting of the comments on Bigg Boss 20, expressing uncertainty over whether the discussion was organic or scripted.
