In a bonus clip from an extended interview on CBS' 60 Minutes, Dr. Rachel Danis and Patrick Clancy discussed their relationship. Danis revealed that her friends were worried for her when she told them about her relationship with Patrick.

Danis recalled that things started getting serious a few months after they met in March 2024. She noted that on the day of the NYC Half Marathon, her sister visited, and Pat was very warm and friendly toward her sister.

Previously, Patrick Clancy fell in love with Rachel Danis three years after the deaths of his children. His former wife, Lindsay Clancy, was charged with the murders of their three children and pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, which resulted in a mistrial after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict.
