Pennsylvania Mother Accused in Deaths of Husband and Son

A Pennsylvania mother has been accused of killing her husband and their three-year-old son while vacationing at Great Wolf Lodge. Police responded to a 911 call made at around 3:13 p.m. on October 12, 2026, after Metallica Harrison called and asked for help dying. Officers arrived at the scene and found Metallica injured, while her husband and son were found dead on separate mattresses.

Reports Claim Motive Involves Resentment Toward Pregnancy and Son

According to a search-warrant application obtained by WNEP and based on revelations from her husband's mother and sister, Metallica Harrison had never wanted to be a mother and resented her son for taking her husband's attention. The search-warrant application stated that Metallica admitted she was upset about the child taking away one-on-one time between her and her husband, Charles. The application also noted that she was dominant, controlling, and had isolated her husband's family from him and his son.
