A special Ramayana-led event took place today in Mumbai, featuring YouTube personality MrBeast, alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Ravie Dubey, producer Namit Malhotra, and director Nitesh Tiwari. The event began over three hours late, prompting anger from the media, with Ravie Dubey issuing an apology for the delay.

Expressing his gratitude, MrBeast stated, "It's a lot of fun to be here. Thanks for having me. Are you guys having a good time? I feel very, very grateful and it was amazing to see some parts of the movie."

Ranbir Kapoor Teaches 'Jai Shri Ram' and Explains Ramayana

During the event, media members began chanting, "Jai Shri Ram, MrBeast." Turning to Ranbir Kapoor for guidance, MrBeast smiled and repeated the phrase, which was met with cheers and claps from the audience.

Ranbir Kapoor then spoke to MrBeast about the cultural significance of the Ramayana and Lord Rama, describing him as 'Maryada Purushottam'—a righteous man who sacrificed everything to fulfill his father's promise and commit to his duty, or Dharma. Ranbir noted that the film provides a brief introduction to Indian culture and history.

The Angry Birds Movie 3 Collaboration and Bow Challenge

Producer Namit Malhotra revealed during the event that he and MrBeast are collaborating on The Angry Birds Movie 3, where Malhotra is producing and MrBeast serves as a voice actor. MrBeast humorously remarked that he learned of the partnership that day.

Namit Malhotra also explained Sita’s swayamvar to MrBeast, detailing how Lord Rama won the bow challenge, and drew a parallel to a similar bow-and-arrow challenge sequence in the recently released The Odyssey.
