Randeep Hooda Reflects on National Award Win for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar

Randeep Hooda Shares Personal Milestone at National Awards

Actor Randeep Hooda won the Best Debut Film of a Director National Award for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. Reflecting on the honor, Hooda shared that standing on stage to receive the award from the President of India made him pause and look back at his journey.

In an Instagram post, Hooda stated, “I wasn’t just there as Randeep Hooda but as Nyomica’s father.” He noted that when consumed by work, the focus is on giving one's best rather than thinking of rewards, and described the honor as a great encouragement after years of dedication to his craft.

Hooda dedicated the achievement to the people who worked on the film and to the audience supporting his 25-year career. The milestone also reflects a new emotional dimension involving his daughter Nyomica.
