Saiyami Kher Completes Third Ironman 70.3 in Italy

Saiyami Kher has completed her third Ironman 70.3 endurance race in Cervia, Italy, on September 19, 2026. With this milestone, she continues her endurance sports journey and stands as the first Indian actress to participate in three Ironman 70.3 races.

Previously, Saiyami completed her first Ironman 70.3 in 2024 in Erkner-Brandenburg, Germany, and her second in July 2025 in Jönköping, Sweden.

Reflecting on her third event, Saiyami Kher shared, “The first Ironman was about discovering whether I could actually do it, and the second one was about understanding what it really takes. This time, I felt much more experienced and aware of my body, my training and the demands of the race.”

Sharing details on social media, she noted that the event was her toughest yet, noting challenges that included travel difficulties, high temperatures on race day, and jellyfish in the water. Despite these hurdles, she finished her third Ironman 70.3 twenty minutes faster than her previous time.
