Sara Ali Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana Visit Golden Temple for Dussehra Ahead of Udta Teer Release

Sara Ali Khan marked Dussehra by sharing a social media picture featuring her Udta Teer co-star Ayushmann Khurrana from the Golden Temple in Punjab. The actress wished her followers love, luck, and laughter.

The photograph shows Sara and Ayushmann posing together outside the Golden Temple, arriving just days before the theatrical release of Udta Teer on October 23, 2026.

Directed by Akash A. Kaushik, Udta Teer is a spy-comedy blending action and humor. Ayushmann Khurrana stars as Bilal Ahmed, a Pakistani spy who travels to India for a mission. Following an accident and explosion, he loses his memory and comes to believe he is an Indian counter-terrorism officer. Sara Ali Khan plays the female lead, Yamini.

The film's cast also includes Rahul Bose, Ram Kapoor, Gulshan Grover, Suhail Nayyar, Raghubir Yadav, Brijendra Kala, and Supriya Pilgaonkar, alongside the late Mukul Dev in one of his final screen appearances. Udta Teer is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain under Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment.

Additionally, the film faced obstacles in Nepal, where authorities reportedly denied permission for public screening citing provisions regarding content that could affect national interests or relations with friendly nations.
