Shweta Tripathi Reacts to Mirzapur The Movie Success and Discusses Golu's Screen Time

Shweta Tripathi discussed the success of Mirzapur The Movie, which crossed the Rs. 200 crore mark. She expressed her gratitude to the audience for their support over eight years and highlighted the community viewing experience in cinemas.

Regarding viewer remarks about her limited screen time as Golu, Tripathi explained that the story is set between Episodes 6 and 7 of Season 1 when Golu prepares for college elections. She stated that actors need to serve the story and that she does not want the narrative compromised out of actor greed.

Tripathi also shared details about her upcoming plans, revealing that she is preparing for a play directed by Rajit Kapur, scheduled to be staged on November 12 at the Prithvi Theatre Festival. Additionally, she confirmed that writing for Season 4 of Mirzapur has already begun.
