Sussanne Khan Joins AGM Vijaylaxmi Group for Mumbai Commercial Project WIZ

Interior designer Sussanne Khan has joined hands with AGM Vijaylaxmi Group for WIZ, an upcoming commercial real estate project located in Andheri East, Mumbai. Through this collaboration, Khan will shape the design identity of the development, drawing inspiration from Art Deco while interpreting its defining elements through a contemporary lens.

WIZ is conceived as an experience-led commercial destination that brings together architecture, interiors, lighting, artwork, and material detailing within a cohesive design language. Khan's vision incorporates geometry, symmetry, strong proportions, and understated glamour rather than recreating traditional Art Deco aesthetics.

Khan is working with the wider design team on elements ranging from the architectural vision and material palette to furniture, lighting, artwork, and finer details. Vikash Kawar, Director at AGM Vijaylaxmi Group, stated that the collaboration reflects the group's intention to combine functionality with a distinct design identity.
