Swara Bhasker Reveals Two Unsuccessful IVF Attempts Before Marriage to Fahad Ahmad

Swara Bhasker revealed in a conversation on Rise And Fall Season 2 that she underwent two unsuccessful rounds of IVF with an anonymous donor before she married Fahad Ahmad and later became a mother. Swara stated that she had considered pursuing motherhood independently when she believed marriage might not happen for her.

She discussed the decision with her parents, who initially showed surprise before ultimately supporting her, while warning her about the challenges she could face in India. Swara went ahead with the treatment using an anonymous donor, though neither of the two attempts resulted in a successful pregnancy.

Swara later met Fahad Ahmad at a protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act in New Delhi in January 2020. The two registered their marriage in Mumbai on February 16, 2023, and later celebrated with family and friends in a traditional ceremony.
