Thoda Idhar Thoda Udhar Explores Childhood, Nature, and Screen Time Balance
The play Thoda Idhar Thoda Udhar explores the changing nature of childhood in the digital age, guided by group leaders Narendra Singh and Ranjana Manger.
Thoda Idhar Thoda Udhar
The play Thoda Idhar Thoda Udhar unfolds slowly, carrying the fragrance of childhood, the warmth of relationships, and the truth of time. Through movements and story rhythm, the play transports audiences into nature with towering mountains, snowy peaks, breezes, trees, and the scent of earth, creating a world where childhood is free and unbound.
As time passes, innocence shrinks into screens. While technology exists, the story highlights that it should not replace relationships. True connections come from sensitivity, with real networks found in trees, soil, friends' laughter, a mother's lullaby, and a father's words. The play offers a mirror, emphasizing that balance between screens and loved ones allows childhood to truly smile.
