Vijay Deverakonda Discusses Proposal to Rashmika Mandanna

Vijay Deverakonda has shared details about his proposal to Rashmika Mandanna during the couple's first joint appearance as newlyweds on Koffee with Karan Season 9.

The actor explained that he initially planned to propose in Italy in December ahead of their February wedding, but could not find the right ring at the time. Wanting Rashmika to have her own proposal story, Vijay eventually proposed during their wedding celebrations in Udaipur on the first day of the festivities, which was the sangeet night. He stated that he went down on one knee in front of their friends after the sangeet.

During the episode, the couple also displayed their engagement rings to address previous speculation. Koffee with Karan Season 9 is scheduled to stream on Wednesday, October 21, exclusively on JioHotstar.
