Vijayendra Kumeria Confirms Divorce from Preeti Bhatia After 13 Years of Marriage

Television actor Vijayendra Kumeria has confirmed that he and his wife, Preeti Bhatia, are divorced. Known for his roles in shows such as Udaan, Naagin 4, and Teri Meri Doriyaann, Kumeria revealed that the couple separated in 2022 and officially obtained their divorce decree in 2025.

Speaking about why he waited to address reports regarding his marriage, Kumeria explained that he needed time to process and accept the changes in his personal life. As a private person, he wanted to clear the air to prevent outside assumptions.

The couple married in January 2012 and welcomed their daughter, Kimaya, in October 2016. According to Kumeria, differences and compatibility issues developed and escalated over time. The decision to separate was mutual and followed attempts by both to resolve their issues.

Kumeria noted that they tried for years to save the relationship primarily for the sake of their daughter, but ultimately concluded that living in an unhappy environment was not in Kimaya's best interest. They now want their daughter to experience love from both parents separately.
