Wladimir Klitschko Files for Guardianship Over Daughter Kaya's Inheritance From Hayden Panettiere
Wladimir Klitschko has filed for temporary guardianship of the inheritance belonging to his and the late Hayden Panettiere's 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, expressing concerns that the estate assets are at risk.
Over a month after the death of Hayden Panettiere at age 36, her ex-fiance, Wladimir Klitschko, has filed a petition seeking temporary guardianship over their daughter Kaya's inheritance. Klitschko called for immediate action to protect the assets belonging to their 11-year-old child.
Wladimir Klitschko Files for Estate Guardianship
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Wladimir Klitschko requested a California court to appoint him as temporary guardian of his daughter Kaya's estate. Because Hayden Panettiere died without a will, her only daughter is the sole heir expected to inherit her assets. Klitschko expressed concern that parts of the actress's estate could be at risk.
