Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan Appear on Koffee With Karan Season 9

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan made a special appearance on Koffee With Karan Season 9, hosted by Karan Johar. The couple returned together to the couch for a second time, discussing their early days, missed work opportunities, and their relationship.

During the episode, Kareena revealed that she developed a crush on Saif during the preview screening of Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara (2006). She recalled seeing him wear black pyjamas and a kurta, thinking he looked very hot. Saif also recalled an awkward encounter at Yash Raj Studios after Kareena had previously praised him on the show, while Kareena explained that she got nervous.

Karan Johar brought up Saif's disappointment when Kareena declined two opportunities to work together in Kal Ho Naa Ho and Race. Although they previously appeared in LOC: Kargil (2003), their romance blossomed during the filming of Tashan (2008), which also featured Akshay Kumar and Anil Kapoor. They later starred in Kurbaan (2009) and Agent Vinod (2012) before marrying in October 2012.
