Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt Reportedly Moving to Another Rented Home Amid Redevelopment

Actor Aamir Khan and his wife Gauri Spratt are reportedly looking for a new home after having to move out of their Union Park residence in Mumbai due to redevelopment. The couple, who recently settled into a rented apartment, are now expected to shift to another suburban property as the redevelopment of Aamir’s Pali Hill building moves forward.

According to reports, Aamir moved out of his Union Park residence around a year and a half ago and shifted to a temporary rented apartment on Nargis Dutt Road, located close to the residences of actors Sanjay Dutt and Emraan Hashmi. Aamir and Gauri reportedly tied the knot at this rented home on July 5.

The couple is set to own a penthouse in a high-rise building currently under construction at their permanent Union Park site. However, another residential arrangement became necessary because Aamir’s Pali Hill building, where he rented four apartments, finalised a redevelopment deal, requiring the actor and his extended family to vacate.

Aamir and Gauri are likely to move into another rented apartment in a Mumbai suburb by the end of this year or early next year. A source stated that their upcoming rented home is currently undergoing a makeover to suit the actor's preferences and lifestyle.

Aamir and Gauri first met around 25 years ago through Aamir’s cousin, Nuzhat Khan, before reconnecting years later. They made their first public appearance together during Aamir’s 60th birthday celebrations in March 2025. On the professional front, Aamir Khan has projects lined up including Lalkaara and the 3 Idiots sequel.
